  The place is in a good location. not many seating available but it's enough. If you go anytime other than morning time this place is great. good drinks, friendly staff and clean.
  
  Morning time (anywhere between 6:30 to 9:30) it turns into a completely different place. Dirty floors and bathroom. Not rude but definitely not pleasant staff and you'll be lucky if you get your order in less then 25 minutes.
  
  To be fair, This is the busiest Starbucks I've ever seen in the morning with 8-12 people waiting on their orders and 8-12 more waiting to order.
  
  but, They have been like this for more than a year and they don't seem to change much. I've seen 6 different morning staff teams in the past 6 months but it seems like they have not found the A team for the morning rush.
  
  On a personal note, I usually stop by the store and order inside. This takes 20-30 minutes of wait time. So I decided to order on the app 10 minutes before I arrive and just pick it up. well.... I did this 4 times. The first 3 times I had to mention my order after 15 minutes of waiting inside.
  the last time, today, I waited for 30 minutes and left. gotta call and get a refund.
  
  TL;DR: Very busy in the morning. be ready to wait. DO NOT order online.

  I do a mobile order every morning. It is for the most part ready when I come in. But the fact that I pay for a venti and I get enough in the cup that would be that of a grande. Very disappointing. Yes, I ask for whip cream on top don't mean take so much of the coffee out to do that.
